RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASES

1. All Sales Final: No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges on items purchased/ordered.
2. All Deposits/Payments are Non-Refundable.
3. Alterations are a separate service and not included with any item purchase.

 FOR ALTERATION SERVICES

1. Alterations must be paid for at the time of garment drop off.
2. We recommend that all alterations be tried on at time of pickup to ensure a correct fit.
3. Once garments leave our store, we will do our best to make corrections if we are notified of an issue.
4. Alteration cancellation fees will be charged on alteration services cancelled after the initial fitting: Bridal Gowns: $95.00, Regular Clothing: $10.00

FOR TUXEDO RENTALS

1. A Drivers License and valid Debit/Credit Card are required for all Tuxedo Rentals.
2. Tuxedo Rental Returns are due back by 6:00pm on TUESDAY after the weekend of use* (Unless otherwise noted on your Rental Order Form). We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
3. A $25.00 Daily Late Fee will be assessed to each Tuxedo Rental that is not returned by the return date as indicated on the Rental Order Form.
4. Tuxedo Rental Cancellation Fees: If canceled 15 or more days prior to the Rental Date, a $20.00 Fee will be charged. If cancelled within 14 days of the Rental Date, NO REFUND will be given.
5. Tuxedo Rentals that are 3 days late are considered a purchase and customer will be charged the purchase price for the complete ensemble. (Rental Fee is not credited to purchase/replacement cost)
6. It is our responsibility to have your Tuxedo ready on the day you need it and it is your responsibility to have your Tuxedo returned on the day we need it.
7. Pursuant to A.R.S. 13-1806, unlawful failure to return rented property within 72 hours of return date specified is a class 6 felony.
